Rhythm Circles with Leo Brooks

While the Grade 2 students played Subitizing math games with Ms. Morris' class, the grade 3 students joined the Grade 5 classes this morning for a rhythm circle with Leo Brooks. The students learned that for rhythm to work, it has to be organized (patterns). The students got to create rhythms using a variety of percussion instruments including djembes, shakers and guiros.
