Place Value Review and Test

This morning, the students wrote a Place Value Review covering the Math concepts we have been exploring for the past month. The students are bringing home their yellow Math duo tang today (containing today's review) and are encouraged to review its contents as well as today's overview in preparation for a quiz on Thursday.

The concepts being covered are representing numbers in different ways (up to 99 for Gr. 2, up to 999 for Gr. 3), comparing and ordering numbers, rounding numbers to the nearest ten, placing numbers on number lines, as well as ordinal numbers (for the Grade 3's). Students are asked to bring their duo tangs back for Thursday's quiz.
